What No One Is Telling You About Visual Impact Muscle Building

My Experience with Visual Impact Muscle Building

I am extremely happy with Visual Impact Muscle Building. I use it to strip back fat while still building or maintaining muscle, and it’s great for maintaining your physique during the summer months.

Visual Impact really burns away that last bit of fat to really get that ripped muscle appearance.
People chasing that lean ripped look, the Visual Impact is a great fit because literally every aspect of the workout routine is focused on substantial muscle gains while stripping lots of body fat.

Unfortunately it’s not all rainbows and butterflies with the visual impact muscle building program. I’v had very little complaints but Visual Impact really does let me down in some areas, this really does annoy me off BIG TIME. More on that later.

My Sales and Access Experience with Visual Impact Muscle Building

If you’re not a fan of sitting through a 10 min video before you get any info on the product you will like the Visual impact Website.

You will notice 4 videos, and I recommend watching them because they really do give you some great information with minimum sales BS;
Video 1 – The Big 3 – Squat, Deadlift and Bench press
Video 2 – Soft Bloated Muscle – Number of reps you should be doing
Video 3 – Shrink Wrap Effect – Maximizing definition
Video 4 – Tying the three concepts together

After you have had a good read of the Visual Impact Website and decide that it is a good fit for your goals, it only takes a few moments to go through the sales process and download the product. Check the Latest price HERE.

For the most part the sales process is quite painless, although one thing that I’m not a fan of is all the stock photos with no before and after photos at all. I now know after using program that it is legit, but the flashing photos of oiled up men are just a bunch of crap, and I hate that.

What I LOVE About Visual Impact Muscle Building

I feel that a workout routine should do as it is advertised… That’s no big deal, that’s what you pay for. It is when the creator goes above and beyond with a certain feature, or really kicks ass that gets my attention.
This is a short list and I’m a hard man to please. But there is a list and trust me that’s a big deal.

The workouts routines are simple, short and work great.

I absolutely love how this program doesn’t stuff around with your time. You work out 3 times per week, spending about 45mins in the gym each session. The workouts are quality.

The extra time it gave me, while still getting great results was awesome.

The majority of the routines use free weights (which I love using), so although I do recommend doing the routines in the gym, it is possible with a bit of creativity to do this program at home with a weight bench and dumbbell set.

The visual Impact program would kick the ass of any results you will get from home workout DVD’s like P90x.

The science stacks up.

When a workout serves up a heap of scientific facts to back up a workout routine, the first thing I do is my own research to make sure I’m not being fed a bunch of lies.

The principle’s Rusty uses in the visual impact muscle building workout (See them here) all checked out when I did my research;

Lower reps (1-3) do build dense muscle and more strength.

High reps (12-15) build bigger but softer bulky muscle.

Getting the facts straight before you start is super important, the last thing I wanted to do was waste a month of training and a bunch of money to find out that I wasn’t getting results because the workout was built on a bunch of lies.

The workout book describes the routines in great detail

It truly amazes me how many workout programs fail at putting a direct connection from their theory to the workout routine.

I said I’m not going to fall in love with a feature that should be there anyway… and maybe I have.

The truth is Visual Impact Muscle Building has really gone above and beyond what was required. The end product is an easy to understand (like there website), educational guide that will make sense to people with no prior fitness experience.

And for the ones of us that think we have read it all (like myself), you will learn a whole lot more about getting and keeping in an optimum condition all year round. Watch the four videos here to see what I mean.

Now what you all came for… the dirt on Visual Impact that no one is telling you

What I HATE about Visual Impact Muscle Building

My disclaimer. It is simply human nature for the things you hate to burn deeply into your memory, and I apologize if I get a little carried away.

Visual Impact Muscle building is a great program, don’t get me wrong… but it seriously misses the mark on a few points. I feel it’s my job to point those out.

Many readers have told me that the negative points I make are often the most useful when they are making the decision to buy, so I have in no way held on what I hate about this program.

Now I feel a little better about being so mean, let’s start.

The pictures of ripped male fitness models

This drives me APSOLUTLY CRAZY, Just check out the Visual Impact Workout website to see some perfect examples. Grr

So if it’s not so obvious why I HATE this so much… It is because these models that you see on the website and in the eBooks have never seen the Visual Impact Muscle Building workout, let alone completed a single set of the program.

I’m not sure that I would call this false advising, because I think that Visual Impact can give you an awesome body. I just don’t like being bombarded with BS images while I am trying to read and learn how to get fitter. Maybe this might motivate some users… but it just annoys me and I HATE it.

Dated Appearance of the eBook

This might not be a big deal for some people, but I thought it worth a mention.

The Three eBooks that you receive are a little basic, and have a dated appearance. The Visual Impact Muscle Building Program hasn’t been around that long but the eBooks have not been graphically designed very well and look very much old school.

No Video Demonstrations.

MI40X got a big thumbs up from me, due to the awesome video demonstrations that’s included in its package.

Visual Impact Workout gets a big thumbs down for not having any video demonstrations.

The Visual Impact program is around half the price of MI40X, so this may be some kind of excuse for them not investing the extra time to produce them… but it does not change the fact that I miss not having them there to help me.

Visual Impact does in fact include a demonstration eBook. That’s next on the HATE list.

The Demonstration eBook is rubbish

It feels like it has been thrown together as an afterthought. What really gets to me is the tiny b-grade images that are meant to show you how to perform the exercise.

The text associated with the demonstrations is a little lite at times, but it does get the point across if you were really stuck on how to perform an exercise.

My recommendation would be to just do a YouTube search for any exercise that you were unsure about, this will give you a crystal clear picture of how the exercise should be performed.

Although you can quite easily work around the b-grade demonstration, I still hate that Visual Impact didn’t deliver on this.

My Concluding Words about Visual Impact Muscle Building

Satisfaction, happiness. I dig this workout and the person behind it. It’s an easy workout to use and git gives me the great results.

It does what it says it does, and is simple and quick to add to your weekly schedule if you’re already stretched for time.

Like all workouts, none are perfect and I just deal with the bits that are stupid and get on with it.
Does it work? Yes, it does. It does exactly what is advertised on the website, and if that’s your goal then it will be awesome for you too.

Recommendation

If your goals match what Visual Impact promises, Yes for sure. Check out Visual Impact or if you need a question answered, don’t forget that you can ask it below.

I hope this unbiased look at visual impact muscle building has helped to make your buying decision easier. Whenever money and time is involved it should never be taken lightly.

Make sure you take your time and have a good read and watch of the visual impact website, and if your goals match the promises rusty from Visual impact makes, you won’t be disappointed.

Is This “Old School” Approach to Muscle Building Still Effective as it was 20 Years Ago?

Contrary to popular belief, not everyone wants or needs to lose weight. In fact, many men and even some women want to gain weight – be it for sport or simply to be bigger and stronger.

The trouble is, gaining muscle is not an easy or simple process and if you try to follow most typical bodybuilding routines (designed for steroid-chomping genetic freaks) you’ll just end up tired, bored, frustrated and burnt out.

If gaining muscle is your number one goal, following a well-structured workout plan is a must if you want to see any results from all your time in the gym. Muscle gaining Secrets 2.0 is for those searching an old school, no frills approach to muscle building written by someone who practices what he preaches, That man is Jason Ferruggia.

Jason Ferruggia is a fitness author, strength and conditioning trainer and self proclaimed “skinny-fat guy” who has developed impressive levels of strength using old school training methods.

He is a frequent contributor to Men’s Fitness magazine and has written numerous books including a bestseller on conditioning training for MMA fighting. Unlike many e-book authors who are little more than armchair experts, Ferruggia puts his money where his mouth is and not only talks the talk, he also walks the walk! Needless to say, if Jason Ferruggia tells you something works, you can pretty much guarantee he is speaking from personal experience.

What Do You Get? – Muscle Gaining Secrets 2.0 Review

Muscle Building Secrets 2.0 is a 100 page e-book that contains all the information you need to build a strong, muscular physique using methods and exercises that are both traditional and effective.

The e-book is laid out very logically and easy to understand – no unnecessarily complex terminology or complicated science. Where many e-books seem to be full of fillers, every nugget of information provided by Ferruggia is useful and practical. Within the book you will valuable information on strength training topics including training versus working out, setting goals, making progress, recovering between workouts, muscle building nutrition (although this section is a bit light on details and is really just an ad for Ferruggia’s Renegade Diet program) and a detailed 12-week plan broken into three four-week phases.

What Do The Workouts Look Like – The Muscle Gaining Secrets 2.0 Review

Jason Ferruggia’s 12-week muscle building plan uses something commonly called progressive overload. All that means is that, week by week and phase by phase, you gradually increase the weights you are lifting while decreasing the number of reps you perform.

This tried and tested approach not only builds muscle but also builds serious strength. As Jason Ferruggia says in the text, his workout is based on the methods used by many successful bodybuilders and strongmen – both past and present.

The Muscle Gaining Secrets workout program uses a four-way split routine where different parts of your body are worked in different days. This breaks down to two lower body days and two upper body days. If you are unable to dedicate four days a week to training, Jason Ferruggia also provides a three-day-week option.

The workouts themselves are simple but don’t mistake that for easy. The exercises are basic so the program can be performed by just about anyone even if you don’t have access to a fully decked out gym. Most of the exercises use barbells or dumbbells rather than fancy resistance training machines.

Each of the four workouts are built around a single key lift, plus additional exercises designed to address muscle imbalances, these four main lifts are as follows;

squat

bench press

deadlift

overhead press

Jason says that these “big four” are essential for building strength and muscle size. While this isn’t a powerlifting program, it certainly includes elements of powerlifting training so expect to lift some heavy weights over the 12-weeks.
Each week builds on the one that preceded it and each subsequent phase does likewise; over the 12-weeks the program grows with you to ensure you make great progress. If you are new to working out, Ferruggia also provides a beginner workout designed to help get you ready for the “real” 12-week plan.

There is very little cardio in the program – this is not a fat loss workout program. Instead, the emphasis is on strength training and gaining muscle.

As warming up is a vital part of working out, Muscle Gaining Secrets 2.0 includes a couple of different warm ups (one for lower body and one for upper body) . Jason insists that they are not only designed to ensure your muscles are ready for the workout ahead, is but also help you “get in the zone” so your able to give maximum intensity when its required.

Muscle Gaining Secrets 2.0 Review – Conclusion

If you are serious about building a body that not only looks strong buy is, Jason Ferruggia’s Muscle Gaining Secrets 2.0 could be just the ticket. It’s not fancy but it will deliver results if you don’t mind going old school in the gym. If you want a science-laden and full of fancy new exercises workout then this e-book isn’t for you but if you want to work hard and see results, check out Jason Ferruggia’s Muscle Gaining Secrets 2.0.

I have spent a lot of time trying to make this the most useful resource for anyone considering purchasing the 3 week diet, so I think I have answered all the question in the below article you might have. If however I have missed on the on the three week diet you want to know, then please fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page. Yes I respond personally to these messages, usually straight away.

I hope you enjoy my review 🙂

So You think the 3 week diet might solve your weight loss problems, but every time you look at a new diet, you get information overload. I get it, I was the same. Diets and weight loss programs confuse the crap out of most of us. And for the most part, this multi-billion dollar weight loss / diet industry intentionally makes it overly complicated.

They are constantly introducing something that is touted as bigger, better and faster at every turn. There are literally hundreds of new diets and nutrition plans out there every week as well as powders, pills, gadgets and more that promise a quicker weight loss fix than the products advertised the week before.

So why does bother learning about the three week diet? Although it’s not perfect (none are) It’s simple to understand and follow, and most important… It works. 🙂 Sure, it does the “melt fat away” sales video like every other program online, but speaking from my own experience it works.

So you don’t see me talking about “melting fat” and “jump starting metabolisms”, like I said before, I’m here to give you the bare basic information you are going to need to make an informed decision to decide if this program is that you need. Sales hype encourages you to just buy it. I don’t want you to buy it unless you know this is product is 100% right for you.

All about my initial experience with the 3 week diet.

When I first began digging into the three week diet, I immediately knew this wasn’t anything new. The concepts that Brian Flatt was talking about I have read about before. This diet utilizes two common techniques used for weight loss, “intermittent fasting”, and calorie restriction. The fact that this diet is “nothing new” is a good thing, it basically means that is it using proven weight loss methods. This means it’s safe and data exists to back up the claims that it will help you loose weight.

So what will the 3 week diet tell you to do to burn fat?

So basically you are going to be doing 2 main things;

Only eat for a block of a few hours (12noon till 6pm) followed by longer period of not eating, this is known as intermittent fasting.

Eat less calories, mainly through eating less carbs, also known as calorie restriction.

The idea with this is that the 18 hours of the day when you’re not eating, you are basically burning body fat. And when you are eating, you are eating meals that will keep you full, and give you plenty of vitamins and minerals.

Digging into the relevance of “3” in the three week diet

Brian also gets very in depth in the 3 week diet introduction about how the 3 week time period is very specific for a few reasons. Firstly, the idea of developing habits commonly takes 21days (research data has tested this) and secondly after around 3 weeks, most people’s self-control is beginning to run out.

The workbook points out all the problems that you will come up against while you are on the diet and how to tackle them. Don’t be fooled, losing weight fast like this diet proposes takes commitment, and dedication. Don’t be scared though, it is well put together with rules and steps all laid out… all you have to do is want it bad enough and you will be fine.

How quick can you expect results with the 3 week diet?

With such an extreme change in body chemistry that the 3 week diet encourages, you will notice weight loss very quickly. In technical terms this basically begins on that first 18 hour fast. Sometimes weight loss might be hard to notice because of the natural fluctuations we caused by eating and drinking, but after around the 3 day mark it will become obvious that the diet is working. The 18 hours a day you aren’t eating, your body is using body fat as energy and when body fat is used as energy, it disappears. Simple

In a nutshell, as you progress, you’ll be looking and feeling considerably better than the previous week as your body gets used to being in this “fat burning” state. Most importantly, you’ll be healthier and have better muscle tone and definition.

Most importantly in my opinion, the 3 Week Diet is designed to facilitate quick yet safe weight loss while ensuring that your body receives the necessary nutrients it requires, you will not “hit the wall” like you do in many diet.

Putting Weight back on after 3 weeks on the diet, is this a danger with the three week diet?

A Question I get all the time, and once again the fitness industry’s spread of miss information. In my experience, this phenomenon of losing weight then putting it all back in in a few weeks is the exception not the rule. What do I mean?

What I mean is that it does happen, but not as much as is played up by the media. This will only happen if you finish the diet and then decide that you are going to buy 5 tubs of ice cream and sit on the lounge and watch 5 seasons of Game of thrones. And trust me, people do that… but not many .

It is worth noting that with the three week diet, the workbook also teaches you all the information you need to getting off of the weight loss merry-go-round and start hitting that weight problem head-on. You’ll learn how your body’s hormones react with the nutrients from whatever foods you are eating (e.g 10lb of ice cream) and whether that reaction is positive or negative when it comes to weight loss and better health. Taking into account the way that the body handles the processing, utilization, storing and burning of body fat, you’ll learn the why and wherefore of your excess weight gain and how to rid yourself of it permanently.

Are the promises made by Brian in the 3 week diet system BullS**t

You’ve probably seen or at least heard about the TV show on NBC called “The Biggest Loser”. The show has a consulting physician named Dr. Michael Dansinger, who has publicly stated that individuals can lose as much as 20-pounds per week as long as they do it correctly (aka use safe techniques). Whats this got to do with the 3 week diet you ask? Other experts in the field stating that the kind of weight loss that the 3 week diet talks adds to its credibility.

Will I lose all of my hard earned muscle?

The sad truth is many diets can do more harm than good since they result in losing lean body mass during the weight loss process. With the lost lean body mass comes a slower metabolism, which makes it more difficult continue to lose body fat. It also results in a situation where it is easier to put that lost weight right back on. The 3 Week Diet’s basic design is aimed at keeping your metabolism up-to-speed and your body burning only body fat and not muscle through keeping protein intake high. This is important.

What do you get with The 3 Week Diet?

With the program, you receive 4 manuals, each focusing on one aspect of the diet. The reading isn’t too heavy, and you will be able to get through them and learn what you need to get started in an afternoon. The Manuals are as follows;

[1.] An Introduction Manual

which explains the science behind weight loss and gain and how to attack that obstinate body fat. It’s also an introduction to recommended supplements for maximum fat loss through increased metabolism.

[2.] The Diet Manual

Which is made up of three phases of one week each. You’ll learn the art of calculating your fat percentage vs. your lean body mass. Then you’ll get a fast weight loss plan that is tailored to your specific body type. It will also tell you precisely what you should be eating each and every day and when you should be eating it. You’ll also find out which foods are capable of maximizing the fat-burning potential of your own body, as well as the foods to stay away from since they can be responsible for slowing down your fat-burning process.

In the first phase, you’ll probably lose approximately ten pounds. By then, you will have gained complete control over your own weight for life. A number of individuals reported feeling as if they were able to accomplish just about anything after they had completed their first phase. It is that empowering.

[3.] The Workouts

Which are specifically designed for burning fat and helping you to get into fantastic shape by spending only about 20 minutes a few times per week. This can help you to double the results of your fat loss. The program has two individual workout plans, one for people who like working out at the gym and another for working out at home. They are both equally excellent fat-burning workouts and really easy to follow. Let’s face it, nobody wants to struggle with a workout that’s difficult while you are on such a strict diet, so these workout take this into account and don’t try to kill you. Want a challenge, try the MI40 workout like I did. It wasn’t fun.

[4.] The Supplement Report

This gives you some insight into many of the more popular diet supplements that are currently in use by many dieters today. A serious protein deficiency can result from some diet plans and nutrient misinformation. This deficiency can lead to dry flaky skin, rashes, brittle hair, hair loss, fingernail or toenail ridges, muscle cramps and weakness, sleeplessness, nausea, and even cuts, scrapes and wounds that are slow to heal.

The Motivation and Mindset Report is also included, which provides some valuable info regarding focusing all your energy on the achievement of your goals. It includes some excellent secrets, tricks and tips on fast weight loss and how to keep it off for good. These are helpful hints to use for the rest of your life to stay at your goal weight and feel great.

Can I Try the 3 week diet for free , or Is there really such a thing as a risk free trial?

Unfortunately , like pretty much every online program, you don’t get to have a look at the product until you have paid.

The Bright side is that if you think you didn’t get what was advised, or your money’s worth you can get 100% of what you paid back through the click bank money back guarantee.

This guarantee prevents the creator Brian Flatt from making a fast buck off of customers like you. Technically speaking you could buy the product, do the entire program for 3 weeks, after which you could get your money back if you didn’t get the results you expected. That is, I think, pretty fricken awesome for us as customers. That is in my mind a true risk free experience.

Diet Positives

Well thought out program

Simple

Practical

Risk Free

Diet Negatives

Intense

Requires fasting

Final thoughts on the three week diet

Nothing worth having is easy

Don’t fool yourself into thinking that because this program is simple, it is going to be easy. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not going to be unbearable, but it won’t be a walk in the park either.

The next 5 mins

I’m sure that the delivery of digital product isn’t anything new to you, but it is worth mentioning that 1min from now, you could be reading the Three Week diet work book. And 5 min from now if you didn’t like it you could have gotten a refund. Life in the internet age is pretty awesome I must say.

Dieting starts with you

I recommend as with anyone spending money on a program of any kind, make a commitment that your will follow it from end to end before passing judgment on its effectiveness. If you cannot make this commitment, you simply are not ready for the kind of changes that a diet program like this will bring to your life.

If you follow this program, you are going to burn a lot of fat. If you follow this program as laid out by Brian, you will maintain your weight when you come out on the other side of the program. I can only speak from my own experience, and this diet is the only diet that I have trialed that I was able to stick to from end to end, and that is why I have scored it so well. It’s simple and I love simple.

The best diet

The truth of the matter is that the best diet is the one that you are going to follow, and this diet I think can be followed by almost everyone.

If some of the points I make in this review shock you, it is because unlike 90% of the other reviews you find online, I have 100% purchased and used the MI40 program myself.

The Term “Mass Intention” refers to the technique of intentional muscle control when lifting (think slow deliberate movement), to build …”Mass”.

The Number 40 refers to;

Number of exercises you will learn

This was enough for me to pay the $77 and try the workout, I figured that if the program didn’t work for me I would just get my money back with the 60day money back guarantee.

MI40 Workout – What is it?

Mass Intention 40 or MI40 for short is a 40day resistance training package by IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Ben Pakulski. The program contains training and nutritional manuals and demonstration videos (8 hours) of how to perform each exercise used in the workout.

MI40 is an intensive workout program primarily targeted at people with some previous training experience who want to take their physique to professional fitness model, or pro bodybuilder level. This program is a super intense 5 days per week program that is not for the faint hearted or completely untrained individual.

What do I get when you buy the MI40 Workout Program?

The program contains training and nutritional manuals and demonstration videos (8 hours) of how to perform each exercise used in the workout.
I won’t go any more in-depth than that because it covered on the MI40 Workout Website. All the information they provide about what you receive is 100% accurate.

MI40 Workout – So how does it make build more muscle?

Each workout within the MI40 program is a weight training session containing 6 to 9 exercises. Each session should take approximately 40 minutes to complete. Most exercises contain 4 sets of 8 reps, with the last set of each exercise being a “NOS” set.

Neurological Overload Sets (NOS for short) are designed to give you the maximum overload on the muscle possible.

More Overload, More muscle growth.

Here is an example with Day 2 of the program, Chest and Bicep Day.

The workout begins with the Flat Barbell Press with inwards intention. How to perform the barbell press with “inwards intentions” is demonstrated by Ben in the instructional video package.

The first 3 sets are performed as straight sets of 8 reps, at a 4010 pace. This 4010 Truth means 4 seconds on the decline, zero pause at the bottom, one second on the lift, zero pause at the top.

This muscle control on the 4 second decline is what is refered to the “Intentions” in mass intentions 40 and a is key to getting your muscles working hard in the first 3 sets before the final set that is a NOS set.

In the NOS set, you perform as many reps as possible while maintaining your controlled “intentional” decline of the weight. Once you can’t lift the weight anymore, you drop the weight by around 20% and attempt to push out another 6 to 8 reps.

You continue this sequence with all exercises through the workout with the exception of the Pushup supersets, where you simply do 3 sets to failure. The days you workout follow a common sequence; three days on, one day off, two days on, one day off. The areas worked within each workout will be constantly changing throughout the program, with no two weeks the same.

This muscle control on the 4 second decline is key to getting the muscles working hard in the first 3 sets before the final set that is a NOS set. This controlling of the weight in the decline is known in the program as moving it with “intention”.

In the NOS set, you perform as many reps as possible while maintaining your controlled “intentional” decline. Once you can’t perform any more reps, aka momentary muscle failure (MMF), you drop the weight by around 20% and attempt to push out another 6 to 8 reps.

You continue this sequence with all exercises through the workout with the exception of the Pushup supersets, where you simply do 3 sets to failure (MMF) The days you workout follow a common sequence; three days on, one day off, two days on, one day off. The areas worked within each workout will be constantly changing throughout the program, with no two weeks the same.

If you’re like me and have spent 2-3 days per week doing a more simplified straight sets program, expect good muscle gains.

Enough With the Science, what did you think of the workout Troy.

The techniques and the intensity that the MI40 Workout Program is built around really gave me a wakeup call to how I had been training in the past.

When you watch the video on the Mi40 website where the guy is pushing himself to the Max, that’s what this program is all about.

Along with the workout material, you get all the nutritional information that you can continue to use year after year no matter what workout you are performing. I really helped me recover from the extra hard workouts

MI40 Workout Routines Possible Negative Aspects

MI40 is not for the faint hearted. It is a very intensive training regime. If you are severely out of shape, this program is not for you. If you don’t really take your training all that seriously and like to just socialize at the gym, this program is not for you. It is effective, but needs commitment.

You probably won’t make it through the 40day workout if you are not prepared to put in the time it deserves. This is a minimum 8 hours a week when you factor in the extra nutrition and cardio. I you can’t find the time, you’re not committed enough, don’t waste your money!

If your goals are to lean up and increase you cardio, a resistance training program such as this is not the most effective way to reach your goal. You need to look at circuit style training.

In addition to the program, it is highly recommended that you change your diet to improve recovery. This added cost of supplements and healthy food, although can be done on a budget, is going to be an ongoing cost if you intend to keep training at such an intense level. Keep this added cost in mind before making a purchase of this or any other fitness program.

MI40 Workout – Positives of the Program

If (like me) you have been working hard to gain muscle/ burn fat, but have been falling short of you goals, the MI40 workout will get on track. And fast.

The Writer of the program, Ben Pakulski is a full time athlete with an honours degree in kinesiology (the scientific study of human movement) and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is an authority on the subject.

The Instructional Video – 8hours worth of instruction from a true pro bodybuilder. These videos show you every single movement you need to know to preform every exercise in this program correctly, no prior experience required.

Without sounding like a cheesy sales guy, you will be amazed at how you look in 40days time. No hype, this program is very intense but it does work very well.

The Bottom Line – How the Workout Program Stacks Up (I know because I used it).

In the beginning I though, this program sounds simple, you just watch the videos and do the special workouts for six weeks and you get a great body.

It is much more complicated than that because it is difficult to stick to any fitness program let alone one that is as intense as the MI40 Workout.

You have to want this bad enough! That is the Key.

If you are a strong willed person that won’t give up and stick with it for 40 days, you will see some seriously amazing results. The before and after photos on the MI40 Website will show you what is possible.

If you’re a person that has a lot of gym time under your belt, Muscle but not as much to show for it as you would like or if you make up your workout as you go, a bit of this a bit of that then this is the program for you, period!

But Remember, the quality of the results you get is dependent of how much you put in whilst doing these workouts. If you fail, it was not the workout, it was you!

Ben Pakulski is an expert in getting fitness models and bodybuilders into great shape, all that knowledge has gone into the workout.

This Program is exactly what you would expect from such an expert trainer.

As much as I love the MI40X Workout Program, this is a story of something that is about 75% awesome and 25% stupid. I guess what I’m telling you is that it is basically stupid awesome.

As a buyer, not being fully informed of any shortcomings isn’t fair when you are trying to find the right program for your circumstances, so I’m here to do something about it.

I remember when I first started looking around online for a workout program like MI40X, other programs didn’t really stay on my radar very long, many were written by shady unknown people that had no authority in the fitness industry and or they didn’t give you all the information to do you need to perform the program.

What I didn’t know is if MI40X was the best fit for my goals. Back then, I wish I had the following information to answer all my questions and give me an idea of what to expect.

Me? I ended up buying and using both the MI40X and Visual Impact workouts, each for different goals, Weird I know, but that’s kinda why I’m able to give you information that is so valuable on both the workouts, so when one workout needs to be criticized I will criticize, and trust me when I say both visual impact and MI40X need to be criticized.

So make a cup of coffee, and get your most comfortable chair because this is a big decision and I want to help as much as possible.

It is critical to know if MI40X will give you the results you want BEFORE you make the investment in the workout program. I say this because spending 6 weeks doing a program that doesn’t work as you expected, costs you a lot in both time and money.

So be sure to have a good watch of the Introductory Video and or have any of your questions answered by me before you jump in and purchase the program.

Ready… Let’s get into it.

All About My Love Hate Relationship with The MI40X Workout Program

My personal curse is that I’m obsessed with my workout routines and the results that I’m getting in the gym (read excessive compulsive gym junkie).

I know MI40X well, I have done the program time and time again, I keep going back to it for one reason, it allows me to building muscle quickly without putting on fat.

My obsession with improving on my gains has often kept me awake at night thinking about my last MI40X session:

I need to improve my inwards intention on the decline when I’m benching

I could improve my form on my seated front raises, back straight, isolate the movement

I got a better pump this session when I kept a bit more energy for the NOS set

…and the list goes on.

That being said I both Love MI40X and hate it, or as I tell my friends, I love it about 76.1%. Trust me, that’s a lot of love for any workout I have used.

There is NO perfect workout out there. You will hear that 2.0 from me a few times in this review…

I guess I’m what you would call a MI40X power user, not only have I spent hours studying the workouts and instructional videos but I have completed all the routines countless times myself.

In my experience, when it comes to a workout program that you are going to spend so much time performing, it really pays to take the time and learn the ins and outs of the workout so you can really put it to the test.

I have also taken the techniques and principles that make up the MI40X program and put together various other workouts, for example a workout that only consists of 20min HIT routines that I call “MI20X”, that I have found to also be very effective.

Again, these are my personal opinions of the MI40X workout, after lots and lots of experience with it.

My Sales and Program access experience: What you should expect

The 10 Mins Introduction Video

You cannon visit the MI40X website and buy the program immediately. This is because when you first arrive on the MI40X Workout website you are greeted with a 10min Introduction video staring the program creator Ben Pakulski.

After 10 minutes the price and the purchase options appear below the video.

If you don’t have 10minutes to wait, or you’re not interested in what Ben has to say and just want to see the price… scroll to the bottom of the introduction video page and click the “Learn More” link, this will give you all the information about the program as well as the sales price. (The price changes when sales are on, so you’re best to see for yourself)

Delivery of the digital goods: How you get access to MI40X

First item of business after purchasing MI40X is GET EXCITED!

While you are running around the house like a mad man, check your inbox for an email with subject line “Receipt for Order #123456 : Complete MI40X System”. Open the email and you will be see big blue lettering saying “Click Here to access your digital product”. Click it.

Once inside the MI40X Download area you will be presented with all the workout material with downloadable links as well as a video from the program creator Ben Pakulski, in which he walks you through how to use the program and how to get started. It last about 5 minutes, watch it.

One of the things that impressed me about MI40X is that the program all fits together nicely, and About this video explains exactly how.

Although… I think it is a little bit wonky that Ben is still trying to sell you more stuff (The CEP Custom Meal Plans), but the video is still worth a watch.

Time to download and start using the program:

estimated MI40X consumption time 4-6hours

Although getting started only takes a few minutes, that’s just one step in the right direction… once you have downloaded all the maternal, that’s when the work really starts.

For the average gym goer, it is going to take around 4 to 6 hours to consume all the material that is provided in the program. This doesn’t need to be in one sitting, and I actually recommend consuming it slowly and as required.

You really do need to be committed to learning all the content, before you jump into using the MI40X workout routines. If you’re not, then don’t bother, your time would be better spent tinkering with something else.

There are ways to speed up the process, such as taking Ben up on his personal coaching and nutritional plans. Learn more by going to the MI40 Website and clicking the “learn more” link at the bottom of the page.

Learning the ins and outs of the program is hard work out, but I personally really enjoyed learning the new workout information, some of which really made me sit back and go… I’v was doing it wrong all this time.

What I LOVE About the MI40X Workout

The Items below come with the following declaimer; it is a big deal for me to “LOVE” a workout. I don’t have a long list here, but there is a list and that says a lot.

All of the features that are required to do a workout are there as expected. The way I see it is that the program should do what it is advertised to do and there is nothing special about that.

But when a product over delivers on its promises, I Love that. These are a few of the awesome that stood out to me.

The MI40X Demonstration Videos.

These have helped me more times than I can count.

To me, the effort that has been made by Ben to do video demonstrations of every exercise in the program really goes a long way.

Each video demonstration goes for around 2-5minutes and is in high definition and downloadable to your own computer. Ben gets an assistant to demonstrate the exercise movements while he talks you through the exercise movements and points out common mistakes. If you want to improve your posture and execution you will loves these, they are awesome.

The CEP Principle and the “Science of CEP” Videos.

The CEP concept is the mother load in the MI40X workout and it is a killer. If like me you are looking for an edge in the gym, this technique is it. Learn more by watching the MI40X video introduction.

Don’t make the mistake of thinking the CEP protocol is a way to get muscle easy, because it’s not. You will be pushing weights until your eyes are popping out of your head. The results aren’t easy, but they are fast.

The MI40X Supplement Guide.

The supplement guide eBook is awesome. If you take supplements already this guide is great for learning when the optimum time is to take and stack them.

The supplement guide will have you educated in what supplements you should be taking for your goal, e.g fat loss, weight gain or both. If you want to do a deep dive and get a full shopping list of what a pro body builder would take to get huge, that’s in there too.

I just wanted to also mention that I have continued to use this guide as a bible when putting together new supplement stacks. It’s awesome like that.

Great work MI40x, and now for the stuff you’ll never hear:

What I HATE About the MI40X Workout

Disclaimer: When something really makes you mad or has cost you time or money you tend not to forget it.

No workout program is perfect, but the MI40X workout really misses it on a few things. Than being said, as a human, I tend to remember the negative stuff really easy so there is a lot more to vent about.

This in no way means that the MI40X workout is a scam or a lousy program, there are just a few things that really drive me nuts.

What I have heard from you, my readers is that you’re really appreciate the negative stuff more than the glowing review you always hear.

So here me go, hold on tight!

The salesy nature of the product when buying

I can’t say that it is surprising or unbearable, because I’m so used to seeing in when you purchase products online… but I still really HATE it. The fact that you have to sit the 10minuite sales video before you can see the price was very annoying to me.

To the credit of Ben, he does in fact show you an example of the bench press CEP protocol after about 5 mins, but there is no need to hold back the price until the video is finished.

No Recipes in the Nutrition Guide

There is one big problem with the nutrition guide that I HATE. You are not given any recipes.

The outline of what foods you should be consuming and when is great, it talks all about body fat and your goals. But no mention of how you can put these foods into meals that the normal person can eat.

The problem with this is that it is going to be very hard to stick to a diet when you don’t know what meals to prepare and eat. This means that this diet is prone to failure by many.

This critical information is missing and I HATE it.

Exercise Execution Guide

The MI40X exercise execution guide is basically crap. I can’t put it any other way.

Each exercise is very poorly illustrated with many exercises only receiving one image to show the movement. The associated text is adequate but I expect more from MI40X.

I deleted this eBook after downloading it because I really think it is a waste of space on my computer.

Sure it is big with 120 odd pages but without the quality and information it is useless. Ben more or less is saved by the fact that the video demonstrations are outstanding.

Note: I do feel a little bad beating on ben and the MI40X so hard about this, but I do want to be honest about my disappointment about this.

Concluding MI40X remarks

Motivation and enjoyment. MI40X contributes to this every day I’m performing the program (or using stuff I’ve learnt from it). While every now and then we have a bad day and don’t get along.

No workout program is perfect. No workout program can perform miracles. All it can do is give your clear concise instructions to allow you to get the maximum gains. MI40 does this.

Doses MI40X work?

Absolutely, I increased my bench press 20kg and put on 5kg of muscle the first time I used it.

It takes time to get the thing together, to learn how to perform all the workouts and apply the principles, but once you have you will be amazed by the results.

Recommendation.

Would I recommend MI40X Workout? Yes I would… and I do. That said, I want it crystal clear that I reserve that recommendation to people that know it’s the right fit for their goals and motivation level.

I’m sure you wouldn’t want to waste time or money on something that you knew wasn’t ideal, so don’t.

Hopefully I have made that decision clearer for you, because I know when I had to make the decision, there was nobody to point me in the right direction. I had to experience the workout myself to see if it really was worth the time and money.

I don’t want you to go through that.

As a self-diagnosed excessive compulsive workout routine gym junky, I won’t steer you wrong. I promise.
